PERADUAN RAYA BERSAMA NONA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN PERADUAN RAYA BERSAMA NONA

• Step 1: Participants must be following our Instagram official account https://www.instagram.com/srinonamalaysia
• Step 2: Participants must share their Raya pictures using one of NONA’s three AR filters https://www.instagram.com/ar/988195671840914 on their IG stories.
• Step 3: Participants must tag @nonamalaysia and two of their friends in their IG story submission.
• Step 4: Participants must set their account to public.
• Step 5: Participants must read and agree with the terms and conditions that are stated below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The contest period for Peraduan Raya Bersama NONA is from 7 May 2022 - 27 May 2022.
2. The participant is required to submit their pictures with NONA’s Raya AR filter by 11.59 pm, 27 May 2022. Any submission received after the aforementioned time will not be considered.
3. This contest is open to all Malaysians residing in Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Sabah & Sarawak) aged 18 and above.
4. This contest is only valid on NONA’s official Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/srinonamalaysia/
5. The participant must follow all 5 steps on how to participate in Peraduan Raya Bersama NONA as stated above.
6. Entries that are not clear/incomplete and/or do not comply with all the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
7. Each participant can submit more than one entry. However, only ONE entry will be evaluated and is eligible to win the prizes during the contest period from 7 May 2022 - 27 May 2022, if selected.
8. NONA will choose fifteen (15) winners only to receive a RM50 e-voucher and a RM100 cash prize per individual.
9. The total amount of cash prizes and e-vouchers is RM2,250.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only).
10. The winner announcement will be made on NONA’s Instagram page on 3 June 2022.

11. NONA will select the winners based on the following criteria:

    • - Creativity in photo submissions using NONA’s Raya AR filter
    • -Abiding by the steps to join the contest as stated above. Refer to the "HOW TO PARTICIPATE PERADUAN RAYA BERSAMA NONA" section got more details.

12. The winner is required to send a PM (Private Message) to NONA’s Instagram account within three days after the winner announcement has been made. The following information needs to be included in the message:

    • -Full Name (as per Malaysian Identification Card)
    • -Number & a copy of your Identity Card (For security purposes, make sure you cross and write ‘For Peraduan Raya Bersama NONA Use Only’ on the copy of your Identity Card)
    • -Contact Number
    • -Email Address
    • -House Address
    • -Bank Name and Bank Account Number
13. The RM100.00 cash prizes are non-transferable. The winner is required to provide their bank information in their name only. The cash prizes will be transferred via Online Transfer within 14 - 21 working days.
14. NONA reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner if the selected winner does not provide the information required within three days after the winner announcement is made.
15. All decisions made by NONA in respect of this contest will be final, conclusive, and binding. No negotiations or correspondence will be entertained.
16. NONA reserves the right to withdraw/cancel, terminate, suspend or extend this contest and to add, delete, suspend and/or vary this contest’s terms and conditions, wholly or in part at its discretion without prior notice.
17. NONA shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities arising or suffered by the participant resulting directly or indirectly from this Contest due to the participant’s own act.
18. NNONA reserves the right to use the information and photographs of winners for advertising, commercial, and publicity purposes via print and/or electronic media without any prior notice to the winners. Winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or any form of compensation for such use.
19. By joining the contest, the participant acknowledges that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
20. By joining the contest, the participant understands and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of the contest.
21. By participating in this contest, the participant consents to the collection of personal data for processing, storing, usage, and disclosure of the participant’s personal data for marketing activities in relevance to NONA’s latest products and offers, in addition to any updating purposes that are required by NONA.
